Delivery terms and conditions:
All persons are acquired to have read and accept the terms and conditions prior to order. It is necessary for this action as client/customer must agree to the terms and conditions in order to use the service.
Payment and Delivery
The price of PazzModernist product’s is as quoted on the website and in store. Prices are subject to change when there is a sale or discounted price. Customers will be notified of such changes.
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change but changes to prices will not affect orders when a dispatch confirmation has been sent.
Prices on the PazzModernist website include VAT but exclude delivery costs. All products ordered are to be picked up from the PazzModernist store, 17 4th Ave, Parkhurst, Johannesburg, 2193. For delivery arrangements, customers are to send an email to orders@pazzmodernist.co.za and additional costs will be added.
PazzModernist offers the following delivery and collection services:
- Pick up of product from the Parkhurst store for Gauteng based clients only.
- Use of PazzModernist’s external courier service, price is subject to change for location of delivery.
- Client’s own use of a personally selected courier/delivery service, where product is collected from PazzModernist Parkhust store by Client’s selected courier/delivery service.
Due to the nationwide lockdown of Covid-19 issued by President Cyril Ramaphosa, the external delivery service used by PazzModernist have suspended their courier services until further notice. Clients will not be able to collect product from in store nor send courier/delivery services to collect on their behalf.
This indicates that orders are still available to be made online however the total amount will not be a reflection of the final amount as shown in the shopping cart online.
The PazzModernist website contains a large number of PazzModernist products and it is always possible that some of the prices listed online may be incorrect or differ to the prices in store, or vice a versa. We will normally verify price changes through our social media platforms and indications online. However should it be that one of the PazzModernist product’s correct price is less than our stated price or higher than our stated price we will contact you for instructions before dispatching your order.
All orders made online must be made by ether credit card or instant EFT through the PayFast service on the checkout page. We accept payment by most credit and cheque cards. However, we do not accept American Express.
You should be aware that online transactions are subject to validation checks by your card user and we are not responsible if your card declines the authorisation for payment. PayFast carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card and PazzModernist products will not be dispatched until this step has been checked. It is important to note that your card issuer may charge you online handling fee or processing fee, PazzModernist is not responsible for this.
